GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STUDENTS

All students are required to comply with the rules notified by the Pakistan Bar Council, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Higher Education Regulatory Authority, Hazara University and Management of the institution from time to time. The violation of the following instructions renders the students liable to strict disciplinary action such as fine or expulsion from the institute.
1. A student is entitled to be maximum of six absentee in course. Absence is not allowed in examination days. Students absenting himself in the examination without plausible reason shall render himself liable to a Fine RS. 100/- per day.
2. Absence fine Rs. 10/- per period and RS.15/- day will be imposed. A student coming late in the classroom will be marked absent.
3. Fee should be paid according to schedule. The institute will announce the prescribed date for fee depositing on the notice board and therefore, takes no responsibility to inform each student individually. A fine of RS. 20/- per day will be charged if the payment is made after due date.
4. Students are not allowed to collect funds for any purpose what so ever without the prior permission of the management of the institute.
5. The Institute has the due right to recommended penalty for misbehaving in the classroom.
6. Students are absolutely not allowed to see visitor during teaching hours or receive phone call except in extra ordinary circumstances.
7. No students is allowed to paste, exhibits prepare or distribute any poster leaflet notice, pamphlet or hand bill, what so ever in the institute premises.
8. Political or immoral activity of the any kind is strictly prohibited in or around the premises.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the campus.
10. The institute reverses the right to change any or all the rules regulations at any times during the course of time in the large interest of the institute or those of the students.
11. The institute does not accept any or responsibility for any failure or delay in the performance due to any cause beyond its control such as fir, natural disaster, power failure, riots, political interest or acts of public authorities etc.

DISCIPLINE, RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Every student of the institute shall be expected to lead the life of total commitment to Islam both in and out of the campus. The institute also expect students to conduct themselves as honest responsible and law abiding members of the academic community and respect the right of the others student’s members of the faculty, staff and public.
2. Student’s conduct which disrupts or violates the personal and property rights of others is prohibited and may invite disciplinary action against them.
3. Any willful damage to the institute property will be considered a deliberate act of in discipline and shall therefore, be dealt with accordingly.
4. Any student found to have committed a violation of student’s code of conduct shall be liable to disciplinary action.
5. Office like acts of dishonesty assault of any kind drug use, drug possession, possession of arms, illegal and disruptive conducts theft, misuse of property etc are so serious that could lead the one who commits any of them, to serious disciplinary action including expulsion from the institution permanently or for a specific period of time.
6. In case of disciplinary action against a guilty students resulting into his/her expulsion from the institution he/she shall not be entitled for any financial or academic comprehension.
7. The institute reserves the right to dismiss the student for violation of its policies and regulations or for conduct prejudiced to the best interest of the institute.

FEE DEPOSITING RULES

1. All candidates shall deposit the fee subscriptions before the last date as schedule announced by the University and Institute.
2. Late fee will be deposited if fee is not deposited by date; fee once paid shall not be refunded.
3. The fee shall be paid in advance before the start of session or as notified by the institute.
4. All the dues shall be deposited on cash with the accountant by getting proper receipt.

FEE CONCESSION POLICY

The fee concession policy shall not be claimed as matter of right. The concession in the fee shall rather discretion of the management of the institute to decide in favor or otherwise. However the institute can consider the fee concession in the following circumstance.
1. In case of admission of two real brothers/sisters in the institute, the concession in the fee at rate 10% of the tuition fee shall be admissible to the students who takes first admission.
2. The fee concession at the rate of 10% shall be awarded to the students who are Hafiz-e-Quran or disable or Govt teacher’s son/daughter and the son/daughter of lawyer.
3. A offer of 50% concession is awarded to the topers in the University examination.
4. The fee concession committee under the chair of the Justice Law College, Abbottabad has also the right to decide for concession/full fee concession is awarded for only one of the poor and needy students studying at Justice Law College, Abbottabad.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. The employee has to sign a contract with the management of the college before joining the service.
2. The employee will be bound to accept/obey all term as per agreement with the management of the college.
3. The Contact will stay good till either both parties agree to terminate it or when either party serve as a notice of one month.
4. The contract is subject to revision with the agreement of both the parties.
5. A mutually agreed salary per month or per lecturer, which shall be total amount the employee, shall receive on the first day of the each month.
6. The salary is exclusive of transportation charges, which if any, are negotiable on individual basis.
7. Contract part time engaged employee shall not be entitled for any allowance including medical, transport or other benefits.
8. Annual increment in pay will be allowed as permissible per government rules.
9. The employee will have to complete a minimum of a least one academic session, starting from the commencement of classes or date of joining the duty.
10. The academic session starts from time of admission to such a program commencement classes till completion of the session/course work.
11. The contract is subject to revision by the management any time before completion of one academic term/six months from date of signing this contract.
12. The employee will be placed on probation period of three months, during which his/her services can be terminated without any prior notice, provided the management is convened that assignments are not properly delivered poor, performance of the employee, dissatisfaction of students, irregularity in the duty/lecturers, misbehavior or any other matter that may go against the interest of the college students or both. However, the employee will be entitled to his/her salary for the number of days worked in such case.
13. The service of any employee shall be terminated immediately if he/she is found guilty of moral corruption. Such employee will not be reemployed in this college.
14. The employee will be entitled to all gazette holidays.
15. The employee is entitled for 15 causal leave.
16. The employee has to inform in advance in written when proceeding to leave. Any absence without prior permission from the management shall lead to deduction of salary for such days.
17. The employee will have to work six days a week as per timing of the college.
18. The employee will have to perform other duties assigned to him/her by the management within its scope and authority with respect to arrangement of academic functions, Seminars, examination discipline and other duties separately or additionally to his assigned duty.
19. This contact is to be renewed each academic year.
